After our assessment we will aim to provide the most seamless caring solution possible, our care plans can also be valuable if someone wishes to remain at home in the unfortunate event they become terminally ill.

If you find yourself in acute situation and don’t know which way to turn for help, we are here to assist you, so please ask.
If you are a relative, son or daughter and need to know that your loved ones are in the best of care, we like to think that by using ‘Surround Care’ you can generally have your life back, with the knowledge that if there is a problem you will be informed.
Family carers are not always local and therefore our service can help relieve some of the anxiety and stress within the family.
Unfortunately it cannot relieve the pressure altogether but some of the worry is most certainly removed. Obviously this doesn’t take the place of friendly and loving family visits but our help does give peace of mind during the periods of absence or when relatives do live some distance away. |
